Scavenger Spotlight
Are you a Cincinnati native?
Yes and no, I grew up in Norwood!
What’s your favorite part about Cincinnati?
It’s a big enough city that anything you could want to do is a 30-minute drive or less but small enough you can walk from one end of downtown to the other! The people are friendly, and the food is great!
Favorite spots in Cincinnati?
Happy Chicks, Eishaus, Abigail Street, Ziegler Pool, French Park, Urban Artifact
Favorite neighborhood?
I loved living in the Clifton Gaslight!
How do you spend your time (your work, your passions, your ways of working through the pandemic)?
I work full time as a residential leasing agent and I’m also a signed model doing fashion and commercial work. I also have my own business coaching models, photographers, and people who want to move like models! My free time is spent browsing farmers’ markets, cooking, going out around town, creating content, and I’m always trying new things, currently, in-line roller skating!
What are you currently reading (this can be anything, not just a book)?
I’m reading Empire of Wild which I actually got through UCBC, and am loving so far! I’m also listening to Seth Godin’s Linchpin on audiobook.
What drew you to UCBC?
I was visiting my friend Mike Bold at Nation Bar and Grill in Pendleton and his coworker Emma had just found a hidden book outside! I was immediately determined to find one!
Anything else you’d like to share?
I do some work with Triiibe Foundation that hosts “Potluck 4 the People” on the last Sunday of every month at Piatt Park 12-4 and we also have a community garden in the West End. Our pillars are creativity, community, and growth. We’re always looking for volunteers and we also have some leadership positions available!
